The First China (Xingcheng, Huludao) International Swimsuit Festival is set to kick off in Xingcheng, Huludao in Liaoning province from August 16 to 17, according to a press conference held Monday in Beijing. Dong Mei, vice director of the Publicity Department of Huludao Municipal Committee of CPC, presided over the press conference.
