The First China (Xingcheng, Huludao) International Swimsuit Festival is set to kick off in Xingcheng, Huludao in Liaoning province from August 16 to 17, according to a press conference held Monday in Beijing. Yang Jichao, secretary-general of the China Textile Industry Association, addressed the press conference.
