Lu Zhongzhu on the Tian'anmen Sqaure during the NPC session 2008.

The name "Lu Zhongzhu" may be unfamiliar to most people. But the mushroom she has cultivated can be found on countless dining tables in east China's Anhui and Jiangsu provinces. She is also a deputy to the 11th National People's Congress. The traditional pink headscarf she wears is unique to the Hui ethnic group.
