Chen Jun, ethnic Gaoshan, is a deputy of the Taiwan delegation to the NPC. She was born in the mainland, but her grandparents were from Taiwan Island. She attended the annual NPC sessions for the first time last year. Her proposals put forward in the last session involve Gaoshan compatriots and ethnic minorities in Taiwan.
