Mar.13: The 4th Plenary Meeting of the 1st Session of the 11th CPPCC

The 4th Plenary Meeting of the First Session of the 11th CPPCC National Committee will be held at 3 :00 PM on March 13th, 2008 in the Great Hall of the People (GHP).

The main agenda is to elect the CPPCC Leaders.

All journalists are welcome and invited to pay attention to the following points in order to keep the meeting running smooth.

1) Please enter the report area in accordance with your press card 90 minutes in advance on passing the security check at the south passage of the East Gate of the GHP.

2) When the Host of the meeting announces «All journalists are invited to go to sit at the designated area » before the CPPCC Members begin to fill in the votes, please follow the staff members, go out of the meeting hall and wait at the designated area. Cameras might be left and must be turned off, but record equipments must be taken outside.

3) When the host announces « the votes begin » after the CPPCC Members fill in the votes, please go into the meeting hall quietly following the staff members. 4) Please respect media coverage rules, keep silent, do not move, neither use mobile phones.
