New Uniforms for China's Military Armed Police

China's military armed police will get a uniform re-vamp from August 1, with dark olive-green becoming the main colour.

According to a Xinhuanet.com report, the new uniform series will include full dress, civilian and training gear.

The new uniforms have been designed with different body shapes and genders in mind, the sleeve emblem and chest name plate will also be up-dated the report said.

The current uniform design has been in use for nearly two decades, since its implementation in 1988.
