Vice mayor of Hangzhou City dismissed for discipline violation

Vice mayor of east China's Hangzhou City Xu Maiyong is dismissed for "serious discipline violation," according to a decision made by the Zhejiang provincial committee of the Communist Party of China on Tuesday.

Xu is currently under discipline investigation, said the committee without disclosing details of Xu's case.
