Chinese, Russian Vice FMs Discuss Iran Nuclear Issue

Chinese Deputy Foreign Minister Dai Bingguo discussed the Iran nuclear issue with his visiting Russian counterpart S. Kislyak in Beijing on Monday.

 

Dai and Kislyak reiterated that China and Russia will continue their efforts to resolve the Iran nuclear issue in a peaceful way through diplomatic negotiations.

 

Both sides agreed to continue consultations on the Iran nuclear issue and called on all parties concerned to play a constructive role and show flexibility in order to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

 

They still exchanged views on the international issues of common concern.
