Obama vows to prevent nuclear proliferation

U.S. President Barack Obama vowed on Monday to prevent nuclear proliferation during his presidency.

The United States and Russia should lead the way to prevent nuclear proliferation, Obama said at his first prime time news conference since taking office on Jan. 20.
