Adjust font size:

China said Saturday its stance on the boundary issue between China and India was consistent and clear-cut.

The two sides should make joint efforts to effectively carry out the consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries, to ensure the healthy and stable development of bilateral relations, Foreign Ministry spokesman Qin Gang told the press.

He made the comment when asked about Indian President Pratibha Patil's recent visit to the so-called "Arunachal Pradesh."
