Adjust font size:

Kazakhstan's President Nursultan Nazarbayev arrived here Wednesday evening, kicking off a five-day state visit to China at the invitation of Chinese President Hu Jintao.

During his stay in China, Nazarbayev will hold talks with Hu, and meet with top legislator Wu Bangguo and Premier Wen Jiabao respectively in Beijing and Sanya, a port in the southern-most island province of Hainan.

Nazarbayev will also attend the 2009 meeting of the Bo'ao Forum for Asia (BFA) in Hainan later this week.

This is Nazarbayev's second state visit to China since he was re-elected as the Kazakh President in 2005.
