Military and security forces from Argentina, Brazil, Belize, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, the Netherlands, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, the United States and Uruguay will participate in the exercise.
