Chinese president's special envoy meets DPRK vice FM

State Councilor Dai Bingguo, Chinese President Hu Jintao's special envoy, met and held talks in Pyongyang with Kang Sok Chu, First Vice Foreign Minister of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) on Wednesday.

They thoroughly exchanged views on bilateral relations and regional and international issues of common concern.

Dai arrived at Pyongyang on Wednesday.
