Six lead actors and actress in the show

After two months of waiting, Chinese fans have finally welcomed the return of the second season of the US' hottest TV show Prison Break.

Fox TV had interrupted screening of the show after episode 13 last November for the annual American football season.

Chinese fans have established a Chinese website based on the show's official site, which has 170 thousand registered members.

Episode 14 became available on the Chinese site for downloading soon after it was shown on Fox on Monday. In no more than 24 hours, netizens were able to watch the new episode with Chinese subtitles added by the Chinese site.

Over 120 messages had been posted discussing the plot and performances on Chinese websites in the two days following the screening. In an online survey, one third of netizens gave the episode eight points out of ten.

Meanwhile, the show's lead actress Sarah Wayne Callies, who plays Dr. Sara Tancredi, was reported on Tuesday to be expecting her first child.

According to TV Guide, the 29-year-old actress is due in late summer, which may impact Callies' availability for the third season of the show. No matter though, as netizens predict that Doctor Sara will be killed off this season.
