Macao is to hold the 12th International Trade and Investment
Fair (MIF) this October, the organizers said in Macao on
Wednesday.
The Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute held a press
conference, announcing that this version will feature some 700
exhibition booths, a 50-percent rise over the previous version.
The 11th MIF, which was hosted in 2006, attracted 148 commerce
and trade delegations from 47 countries and regions.
The four-day annual event has become an important trade platform
for enterprises from the Chinese mainland, and European and
Portuguese-speaking countries.
