Mexican women's weightlifters Luz Acosta and Damaris Aguirre said on Tuesday they are seeking top eight finish at the Olympic Games.

Both lifters rank ninth in the world.

The Mexican team coached by Chinese Chen Xian will leave for China on June 27 to prepare for the Olympics.
