Nalbandian heads Argentine tennis charge in Olympics

Top ten player David Nalbandian will lead a seven-strong Argentine field on the Beijing Olympics tennis court.

The South American country will have four male singles player: Nalbandian (8th in the ATP rankings), Juan Monaco (21st), Juan Ignacio Chela (45th) and Guillermo Canas (48th).

The doubles players will be the teams of Nalbandian/Canas and Monaco/Agustin Calleri.

In the women's part, Gisela Dulko (42nd in the WTA rankings) made the draw sheet, who will also play doubles together with Betina Jozami.

The tennis competitions in the Olympic Games are to take place between August 10-17.
