Argentine soccer player Juan Ramon Riquelme said Friday that the national squad has "very good players" to defend the men's soccer title in the Beijing Olympics that the team won in Athens 2004.

The midfielder from Boca Juniors said: "we can do fine, we will try to defend the gold medal we won four years ago in Athens."

"There are many good players we can use to achieve the goal, I hope we can make it," the 30-year-old player said.
