Last chance to grab a spot in the Olympic grandstand?
Adjust font size:

The 2008 Beijing Olympic Games is only a month away, but many people are still hoping to get tickets for events in the Birds Nest or the Water Cube. Is it possible?

The third stage of ticket sales concludes on June 12. Altogether 6,000,000 tickets have been sold.

Starting at the end of July, the fourth stage of ticket sales is mainly directed at Olympic sponsors, Olympic committees, and people who buy tickets at the gate. 185 Olympic committees have booked tickets but about 1,000,000 tickets will be available in this period, including 20,000 for Beijing events. So it is still possible for the individuals to lay their hands on that precious slip of paper and experience the sacred Olympics.

The Beijing Olympic Committee has called on the public not to buy from ticket touts and scalpers.
