Nigeria presents men's Olympic soccer list to FIFA

The Nigeria Football Association (NFA) on Wednesday submitted the country's final list of the Under-23 squad to Beijing Olympic Games, local media reported Thursday.

Defender Ambrose Efe, who was initially sidelined owing to doctor's report that he had heart  problem, tops the 18-man list drawn by the Nigeria Football Association.

Other names in the list include Sanni Kaita, Ambrose Vanzelan, Taiye Taiwo, Chibuzor Okonkwo and Apan Otekadu.

Dele Adelye, Monday Jame, Emman Ekpo, Femi Ajilone and Isaac Promise also made the list.

Four players were put on standby, among whom is Femi Oladejo.
