Adjust font size:

Domestic and overseas companies are welcome to bid for 900 portable toilets, including 60 disabled restrooms, to be placed inside Olympic stadiums. The bid is worth 18.99 million yuan. The deadline for the application is February 15, sources from the Beijing Municipal Administration Commission said.

According to the commission, Beijing Olympic authorities will purchase 194 foam-flush conventional toilets, 60 foam-flush disabled toilets, 119 urine-diverting toilets and 220 combination flush-type toilets.

Not long ago, authorities purchased 400 portable toilets for use outside the Olympic stadiums.
