Jamil, who is in charge of Youth and Sports Ministry, said, "As a part of Asia, we feel proud."

Jamil said he wished the Beijing Olympics be successful and he also hoped the photo exhibition can make more Bangladeshis know about China and about the Beijing Olympics.

Chinese Ambassador to Bangladesh Zheng Qingdian said at the ceremony the exhibition not only shows China's preparation for the Olympics and also shows China's traditional and modern culture.

Jamil told Xinhua after seeing the exhibition he was deeply impressed by the photos. "They are extraordinary good," he said.
