The ninth World Wushu Championships, the largest competition of
its kind in terms of the number of participants, will be held from
November 11 to 17 at the Olympic Sports Center Gymnasium, the
competition's organizers announced on Tuesday.

According to the organizers, over 1,000 Wushu athletes, coaches,
referees, and officials from 88 countries and regions will take
part in 40 events that include 22 Taolu competitions and 18 Sanshou
