Liu Ming said, "The Olympic flame stays here in Pyongyang for only 18 hours the shortest among all the torch relay cities. But the event was greeted by hundreds of thousands of people from the DPRK, the largest cheer group so far. Next year, 2009, marks the 60th anniversary of establishment of the diplomatic relations between China and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. The great enthusiasm the torch relay has witnessed here is another solid evidence of good friendship between the two Peoples."
