The Olympic torch relay continues in East China's Fujian province.The flame for the Beijing Games is now touring the port city of Xiamen.

The torch relay in Xiamen kicked off at the city's International Conference and Exhibition Center at two o'clock on Monday afternoon.

The torch relay in Xiamen kicked off at the city's International Conference and Exhibition Center at two o'clock on Monday afternoon. The first torchbearer was former table tennis world champion Guo Yuehua.

A total of 100 torchbearers are taking part in this leg of the relay. The route stretches over 17 kilometers,and includes famous tourist destinations such as Gulangyu Island and Egret Park.
