The Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI) will send three athletes for the Paralympic Games in Beijing on Friday, Chief De Mission of Indonesian Team Kusnan Ismukanto told Xinhua on Friday.

"We only send three athletes for three games, namely lawn tennis, weightlifting and swimming. They are leaving this evening for Beijing," Kusnan Ismukanto said.

Having arrived in Beijing, they will undergo an initial preparation such as a physical test. "They have to be tested for physical disability detection, if it is true or not. The test can not be cheated, although it may happen," he said.

The Beijing 2008 Paralympic Games will be held from Sept.6-17.
