31 Spanish media to cover Paralympic Games

Spanish Paralympic Committee (CPE) said on Wednesday that a total of 75 professionals from 31 Spanish communication media have been accredited to cover the Paralympic Games of Beijing 2008.

This is a record on the Spain's coverage of the Paralympics, without taking into account the games of Barcelona 1992.

The media with more professionals are Agencia EFE, which will cover the information of the Paralympic Games with its staff in Beijing and Television Espanola (TVE), which will send many people from Spain.

The news agency Servimedia and Europa Press will also report from Beijing where there will be reporters from the most important Spanish newspapers: Marca and As (Madrid), Mundo Deportivo and Sport (Barcelona), Superdeporte (Valencia) and Estadio Deportivo (Seville).

The Spanish radio stations that will cover the Paralympics are Ser, Cope, RNE, Punto Radio and Catalunya Radio.

Also other Spanish written non-sports media, autonomy TV station and electronic dailies will cover the Paralympics.
