The Men's Javelin F37/38 final of the Beijing 2008 Paralympic Games took place at the National Stadium, also known as the Bird's Nest, on September 9.

China's Xia Dong claimed the title of the event with a result of 57.81 meters and his teammate Zhang Xuelong took the silver with a result of 50.24 meters.
