David Wagner of the United States will meet Shraga Weinberg of Israel in the Quad Singles quarterfinal at the Olympic Green Tennis Center on Wednesday, September 10, in what could be a close match.

Quad Singles

The quarterfinal will take place, with No.1 ranked Wagner taking on Weinberg who has already beaten Wagner this season in June's World Team Cup. World No. 2 and reigning champion Peter Norfolk of Great Britain will face Sadahiro Kimura of Japan. World No. 3 Nick Taylor of the United States will take on Bas van Erp of the Netherlands.

Quad Doubles

The first day of Quad Doubles will also be the quarterfinal, featuring Boaz Kramer and Weinberg of Israel facing Johann Andersson and Christer Jansson of Sweden. Giuseppe Polidori and Antonio Raffaele of Italy will play Dorrie Timmermans-van Hall and Bas van Erp of the Netherlands.

Men's Singles

Matches postponed due to rain delays will take place. Li Baiqing of China will take on World No.5 Tadeusz Kruszelnicki of Poland in a second round match.

Women's Singles

Second round matches to be played. Four-time gold medalist and World No. 1 ranked player Esther Vergeer of the Netherlands, will play Katharina Kruger of Germany. China's Dong Fuli will meet France's Arlette Racineux.

Men's Doubles

First round matches to be played, including Li Baiqing and Shi Yanping of China vs. Jon Rydberg and Stephen Welch of the United States, and another US pair, Lee Hinson and Paul Moran, take on Lee Carter and Yann Mattieu of Canada.

Women's Doubles

Two first round matches to be held, including Dong Fuli and Hu Dandan of China vs. Hong Young-Suk and Hwang Myung-Kee of Republic of Korea.
