The Men's 50m Butterfly S5 final of the Beijing 2008 Paralympic Games took place at the National Aquatics Center in Beijing, Sept. 10, 2008. Roy Perkins of the United State claimed the title of the event and broke the world record with a time of 35.95 seconds.
