Evan O'Hanlon of Australia finished in 10.96 seconds and set a new world record to claim the Men's 100m T38 gold medal at the National Stadium,also known as the Bird's Nest,during the Beijing 2008 Paralympic Games in Beijing on September 12, 2008.
