Oleksii Fedyna celebrates.[Xinhua]

Ukraine's Oleksii Fedyna claimed the title of the Men's Swimming 200m Individual Medley SM13 event and broke the world record with a time of 2:13.84 during the Beijing 2008 Paralympic Games at the National Aquatics Center in Beijing on September 12, 2008.
