Brazil and China drew 1-1 on Monday in the Paralympic Football 5-a-Side tournament.

China finished top of the competition standings with 13 points, after winning four matches and drawing the game against Brazil. Brazil will also advance to the gold medal match as the second-placed team with 11 points.

Brazil's Ricardo Alves dribbled past several defenders and sent an unstoppable shot towards the far post, which gave Brazil a one-goal lead.

China equalized in the second half through an excellent high shot by Wang Zhoubin.

The two teams will go head-to-head again in the gold medal match on Wednesday, September 17.
