Closing ceremony of Beijing Paralympic Games begins

The closing ceremony of the Beijing 2008 Paralympic Games began in the National Stadium in north Beijing at 8 p.m. on Wednesday.

Chinese President Hu Jintao and International Paralympic Committee (IPC) President Philip Craven entered the National Stadium, or the Bird's Nest, in north Beijing on Wednesday night.
