Hai Xun 21 (haixun means maritime patrol in Chinese) gets ready to set sail for Sansha City in Haikou, capital of China's southernmost Hainan Province, Jan 15, 2013. Sansha, a city established last July, administers several island groups, including Xisha and Nansha, and undersea atolls in the South China Sea. The 93.2-meter ship, which is capable of carrying a helicopter, has a range of 4,000 nautical miles. [Photo/]
