Doctors say a man diagnosed with the H7N9 bird flu virus is in a critical condition in a Beijing hospital. The man from Hebei province was diagnosed with the infection on Saturday at Beijing's Chaoyang Hospital. Preliminary investigation has found that the patient visited a market near his home where live poultry was being sold. The market has been closed after the H7N9 virus was found in the drainage and poultry excrement there. [Photo/Beijing Times]
