Photo taken on Oct. 12, 2017 shows the scenery of Hutou Village of Jianou, southeast China's Fujian Province. With the efforts of the grassroots-level Communist Party of China (CPC) organizations and Party members in the village, local farmers saw the booming development of modern agriculture and rural tourism, which created new income source for the poverty-stricken village.
