Yang Renhua (1st R), a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC), introduces the dragon fruit planting techniques to villagers in Hutou Village of Jianou, southeast China's Fujian Province, Oct. 12, 2017. With the efforts of the grassroots-level Party organizations and Party members in the village, local farmers saw the booming development of modern agriculture and rural tourism, which created new income source for the poverty-stricken village. Local villagers' per capita income reached 15,510 yuan (2,358 U.S. dollars) in 2016. (Xinhua/Zhang Guojun)
