Asian openbill storks are seen at a wetland in Longling county under Baoshan city, southwest China's Yunnan province. Over 10 Asian openbill storks were spotted in the county recently, which was the first time that the bird appeared in the region, according to local publicity department, on March 10, 2020. Asian openbill stork is enlisted in the IUCN Red List under the 'Near Threatened' category. (Photo: China News Service/ Hu Xingrun)
