New Zealand wins women's double sculls rowing gold

New Zealand rowers Georgina Evers-Swindell and Caroline Evers-Swindell claimed the women's double sculls title at the Beijing Olympics on Saturday, clocking seven minutes and 7.32 seconds in the final.

Annekatrin Thiele/Christiane Huth from Germany took the silver in 7:07.33, while Elise Laverick/Anna Bebington from Britain got the bronze in 7:07.55.
