Chinese pair retain men's 3m synchro world title

Chinese Olympic champions Qin Kai and Wang Feng retained their men's three meters synchronised springboard title at the world championships in Rome on Saturday.

Americans Troy Dumais and Kristian Ipsen finished second and Alexandre Despatie and Reuben Ross of Canada took the third.

It was Qin's second gold medal at the championships. He won the 1m springboard event on Friday.
