Iglinskiy from Kazakhstan National Team won out after a mass sprint finish in the fourth stage of this year's Tour de Qinghai Lake cyclling race on Tuesday.
A group of 107 riders reached the finish line together but it was Iglinskiy who took the stage win at 2 hours 56 minutes and 22 seconds.
Iran's Petrochemical Tabriz kept the yellow jersey in the team as they wished, as Mizurov retains both the yellow jersey and blue jersey.
It was another hilly stage in this Tour de Qinghai Lake. The pack starts with a steep and grueling climb and rolls 119 kilometers from the small town of Duoba to Qinghai Lake, the biggest salt water lake in China.
Right from the start, a group of three riders pulled away and gained a maximum advantage of 1 minute and 25 seconds. When the peloton started to up the pace and reel them in, only two of them managed to keep in the breakaway, featuring Lukas Persson from Denmark's Team Capinordic and Dmitriy Fofonov from Kazakhstan National Team.
The peloton had been chasing so hard that with fewer than 15 kilometers remaining, the leading group's advantage started to dwindle rapidly until being pulled back to the peloton.
"I attribute my victory to my teammates who help me a lot in the final sprint," said Iglinskiy after the win. "This is really a hard stage, especially in the beginning, as there was heavy fog in the road."
