The world No. 1 and five-time French Open champion Rafael Naal outplayed the fourth seed Andy Murray in straight sets on Friday to reach the final for the sixth time at Roland Garros.

Nadal, from Spain, continued to play down the expectations on his defending campaign, but was invincible while facing the British talent, winning the first semifinal of the men's singles 6-4, 7-5 and 6-4.

The 24-year-old Nadal will wait for the winner between the second seed Novak Djokovic from Serbia and Switzerland's world No. 3 Roger Federer.
