China beat Iran in straight sets to grab their first victory in third-round play of the 2011 FIVB Men’s World Cup on Tuesday.
The results of the three sets are 25-19, 25-19, 25-17. China moves to 1-7 with this victory. Zhi Yuan led China with 17 points, while Weijun Zhong added 16. Zhong was named the most impressive player of the match.
