Test events are continuing in and around the British capital this week, part of the London Prepares Series.

The Royal Artillery Barracks in Woolwich is currently serving as the site for the two-week long ISSF World Cup shooting event. Over 800 competitors, roughly twice the number who will use the venue during the Olympic Games in July and August are taking part in the pre-Olympic test.

Three shooting disciplines will be on display: Rifle, Pistol and Shotgun. This event will offer the world top shooters a unique opportunity to compete at the venue prior to Games time.

And at the brand new Aquatics Centre, the FINA Synchronized Swimming Qualification for the London Olympics will be held from Wednesday to Sunday. It will also offer fans in London a great opportunity to see world-class action in an Olympic venue ahead of this summer's craziness.
