Chinese divers finally fine-tuned to their good form, finishing one-two for the first time at Kazan Universiade on Wednesday.
Zheng Shuangxue led all the way in the final to take the title at 329.25 points. Her teammate Jia dongjin took her second Universiade silver with a total of 312.75. Arantxa Elizabeth Chavez of Mexico won the bronze with 304.85.
Australian Mills Samantha, who won the first gold medal of Kazan Universiade on the first matchday, finished a disappointing seventh at 266.45 points.
After five events, China and Russia each won two golds with Asutralia taking the other one.
