Ronnie O'Sullivan added another illustrious title to his glittering career after battling back from 5-3 down to beat Stuart Bingham 10-8 in the inaugural Champion of Champions final.

It capped a superb week for O'Sullivan who beat Mark Davis, Ding Junhui and Neil Robertson en route to the title.

World number 10 Bingham led 5-4 after Sunday's afternoon session at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry. The Basildon player made two impressive 109 breaks to find daylight before O'Sullivan responded with a crucial visit of 130 to move within one at the interval.

The 'Rocket' notched a 93 break in the 10th frame to draw level at 5-5 after the play resumed on Sunday evening.

The next six frames were shared to leave the score poised at 8-8 but O'Sullivan came through a tight 17th frame before coasting through the decisive 18th for victory.
