Barcelona president Sandro Rosell said yesterday he is happy to cooperate with a Spanish judge's request for documents related to the signing of Brazilian international Neymar.

Spain's National Court has asked for a copy of the contract before deciding whether to proceed with a complaint alleging misappropriation of funds by the club in the Neymar signing. "We will be happy to deliver all documentation requested of us," Rosell told a news conference. "The National Court has already asked us for the information about Neymar's contract."

Judge Pablo Ruz on Wednesday requested copies of the contract and the club's related financial records before deciding whether to proceed with the complaint against Rosell, as club president. Barcelona has said it paid a total 57 million euros (US$77.89 million) to sign Neymar from Brazil's Santos, but it declined to give full details, citing confidentiality.
