The Nigeria Football Association (NFA) on Tuesday announced the selection of an online travel agency wakanow.com as its official travel tour and partner for the forthcoming 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil.

A spokesperson for the organization Ademola Olajire said wakanow.com was officially licensed to handle all the logistics for the World Cup.

Nigeria is one of the 32 countries that would participate in the global football fiesta from June 12 to July 13 in Brazil.

Wakanow.com will be able to do this for anyone or group only on confirmation of match tickets purchased from the NFA/FIFA PAMAS platform, Olajire added.

According to him, the list of persons or organizations who have confirmed match tickets will be sent to wakanow.com for purchase travel packages.

Olajire added that match tickets' confirmation from FIFA as well as travel documents is prerequisite for visa procurement from the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Brazil in Nigeria.

Nigeria has been drawn in Group F alongside Argentina, Bosnia- Herzegovina and Iran.
