Football's governing body FIFA will Wednesday make available the final batch of World Cup tickets on a first-come, first-served basis.

Tickets will go on sale from 8am (Brasilia time) on FIFA's official website, the body said in a statement.

Some 160,000 tickets will be offered for group and knockout-phase matches.

Seven World Cup fixtures have already been sold out: Brazil-Croatia (Sao Paulo), England-Italy (Manaus), USA-Portugal (Manaus), the final (Rio de Janeiro), a semifinal (Belo Horizonte) and two quarterfinals (Sao Paulo and Porto Alegre).

According to FIFA, 2.3 million tickets have already been allocated for the June 12-July 13 tournament.
